Attorney Apple is the President of the Salem Area Visiting Nurses Association, as well as being a board member of the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, along with being a active member of the Salem Rotary Club.  Attorney Apple is a past Chairman, board member and President of Salem Community Theatre, and Incorporator/Charter Trustee of St. Paul School Foundation of Salem.  He was Salem YWCA's Man of the Year for 2001.

        Attorney Apple received his B.A. from Hiram College and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron C. Blake McDowell Law Center. He is licensed in all Ohio courts, Federal Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

        Attorney Apple holds memberships in the Columbiana County Bar Association, the Mahoning County Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Ohio Association for Justice.
